Reviews of Eagles Park 1960 Hotel

My stay was horrible and I eventually had to leave and book another hotel. There was no fridge in my room which was my sole purpose for making the reservation in the first place. Hotels should not be deceptive on their websites about facilities available. The environment was okay though but I just could not stay there because I was carrying perishable items.

I love the attitude of the receptionist and the staff in general. Their rooms are well air-conditioned and the food is really nice. I commend the management of the hotel for a great job, and hotels.ng for putting me through to them. I look forward to lodging here again.

Signing in was great. The staff is professional and friendly which put me at ease immediately. Room was clean. I got the Deluxe. The food is fantastic and filling (try their fried rice and assorted meat). There was constant light and great WiFi. Bed was clean and soft to sleep in. The bath section is okay. There is a small table and a leg rest when you are sitting on the work desk in the room to work. Fantastic for me!. But they were a few mosquitoes, AC was a bit noisy but not bad. It eventually cools the room but takes some time. Had a great time away from the Lagos busy loud life. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very wonderful; I had the perfect hotel experience. The room was superb, the staff were courteous and everything was in order. I had a slight problem with the water heater as it was not functioning but it was fixed with immediate effect. The bathroom was small though, overall, my stay was lovely.

My hotel experience at Eagles park was terrible. The service quality was poor. Customer service was very upsetting as they did not respond to my requests on time. The room service too was bad. The hotel itself was stinking all over, and I think they really should do something about it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me especially because the environment was clean and serene . I also enjoyed the food and the staff were well behaved and friendly. The customer service was efficient. There was constant water and power supply.

The bathroom was clean with a clean towel and toiletries provided. Water and power supply was uninterrupted and food was affordable and tasty. I am just totally impressed with the management of the hotel and the staff for their excellent customer service.

The hotel is located in a serene environment with large parking space for vehicles. The room was spacious and well furnished. The hotel's staff were receptive and swift to respond to my needs . The security too was relatively tight. The power and water supply was uninterrupted all through my stay. Toiletries were also in place. I had a pretty nice time in this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very good. All facilities were working and the room was very conducive. Service delivery was satisfactory. The staff were very helpful when needed. I had no issues at all during my stay.

My stay was just fine. The hotel needs to improve on all their services. I believe they can improve on their hospitality, customer service, food, guest comfortability and so on. However, the electricity and water supply was constant. These aspects did not disappoint me.

My stay here was not so great. I stayed in a room where the shower was not running and the WC wasn't flushing properly. Customer service was quite poor. Catering services were not impressive too. I was so displeased that I had to check out immediately I got the chance. You guys should improve your services. These things you overlook are very important to guests like me.

I had an unpleasant stay at your hotel. At the beginning, check in was quite smooth, the staff were slightly professional in their services. The room I stayed, however, had a very noisy Air Conditioner which made me feel very uncomfortable. The water closet was not flushing, I had to use a bucket every time I visited the restroom. I expected great hospitality but I got low quality of service. The hotel needs to improve on their services. I was not too impressed.

My stay was bad. Mosquitoes kept flooding in at night and I did not get quality sleep. Then there this slighty sharp odour that was perceivable in the bathroom. I was displeased with the hotel and my stay was bad.

This place is what we call never judge a book by its cover. It's located in a nice quiet area. The hotel is lovely. Nice service, comfortable room, light all through and good wifi. Very wonderful hotel

I had a great stay at the hotel. The customer service was very professional. I receptionist was welcoming and friendly, my room was very comfortable apart from the Air conditioning unit that was generating a lot of noise which wasn't so nice. Apart from that every other thing was okay.

They really were lovely people at the hotel. They catered to my needs, and all my requests were attended to promptly. I also enjoyed the constant power supply and there was constant water supply all through my stay at the hotel.

The place was very nice, there was a flatscreen television, cable and internet connection. All these facilities really made me feel at home. The room was well furnished and clean. I really liked the fact that the power was very constant all through my stay at the hotel.

I had a good time at the hotel, the environment is very peaceful and conducive. The rooms are neat and spacious, the bathroom is very clean also. Their customer support is very professional and efficient.

My stay at the hotel was totally amazing. My stay at the hotel was fantastic, I received a warm reception from their ever smiling staff at the reception. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was neat, toiletries, toothpaste were all provided, the power supply and water supply were constant. Their staff were respectful and dutiful. I am highly impressed with the services.
