Reviews of Neu gate hotel

I had a wonderful stay, although I didn't have access to hot water.

The service at the hotel was awful, The hotel is a shadow of it's former self. I don't think I will be using the hotel again. The hotel is not what I saw online, the room was dirty and smelling.

Their TV and AC is zero, none is working. But the rooms are spacious with a big bed and a good toilet. My stay was okay.

The hotel was okay. It is located in a calm and quite environment. The room given to me was spacious, comfortable, andthe price was reasonable. Their service was satisfactory, there was constant power supply with standby generator, adequate parking space with security, internet facilities and well trained staff. Customer services was fantastic, it was a good stay .

I rate your hotel a 6 out of 10. You would have fared better if the power was a little more steady. The power was somewhat erratic and it marred my stay but everything else was okay.
