I didn't like the room reserved for me, I had to upgrade at your hotel. It's unfortunate though that even my new room had a faulty air condition but it didn't matter much since it was a little chill that evening and I made do with a fan. I feel I should have been discounted for getting a below par room.

It was indeed awesome here. The environment and ambience was quite peaceful and I was really impressed by the level of co-operation and discretion my complaints were treated.
