The hotel was up to my expected standard. No complain of what so ever.

why have a hotel with useless staff....useless useless useless. have a look at the other reviews, same thing, staff level is poor. useless staff = dirty hotel= poor service=lack of respect for paying guest

i really enjoyed my stay.A clean room,good location,and a good bar

The initial room I was given was nothing to write about. I was changed to another room later but the water heater in the room was not working and the air condition was off at night.

The hotel wasn't up to my expectation just averagely okay and the services provided were just there and my room okay. I didn't have any issue with them.

It was a pleasant experience and was happy my reservation was made because I got to the hotel quite late. Room was clean and fresh; air conditioner worked perfect and there was constant power supply. But they need to improve the room services, they were not prompt in delivery and my meals were delayed severally. They also need to provide taxi services for guest especially those who cannot find their way around.

I like the fact that the hotel was quiet. I enjoyed the peace and serenity the hotel afforded me and for me, that is a plus. However I think the staff needs to be more agile in discharging their duties.
