I managed the hotel, the room was very bad dirty Bathroom and bad fan

The hotel had a very serene and clean environment which I really liked. The room was comfortable enough for me; it was nicely furnished and the air-conditioning unit worked very well. The staff were very accommodating. My displeasure, however, is on the very old, outdated television set as well as the beddings which were of poor quality. This felt uncomfortable.

The room was well equipped with facilities that I used and really enjoyed. For example, there was a shelf where I could keep my books and other writing materials, Multi-sockets to aid me charge my gadgets and a very good shower in the bathroom that worked well throughout my stay.

I had a smooth check in, the receptionist was very professional and accurate, the hotel's environment was nice and comfortable, my room was big enough and well furnished, but I did not like the fact that there was no meal served at the hotel once it is past 8pm. I got to the hotel around 9pm and I was really hungry. I will like the hotel management to improve on this.

The place was not good and as well not bad. What amazed me was that when I got to the hotel I saw my name on their register, which means that Hotels.ng has done the necessary arrangement for my booking. Seriously I was impressed.
