My stay in the hotel was just fair, my room had no intercom and so I was not able to contact the reception when I was in need of something. The reception I got was not what I expected at all but the services can be better.

My stay at this hotel was not a very pleasant one and I didn't enjoy it. The initial room I was given had no light in the bathroom and the water heater was bad. I had to request for another room. The second room had a bad shower head. At this point, I was tired of changing rooms, so I stayed in this room but showering was not so easy. They really need to improve their services and facilities.

This is good hotel, close to the location of the event I wanted to attend with good services and the room was more than adequate. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. We enjoyed our one night here.

I will rate the hotel a 4 out of 5. I booked and paid for my reservation online so I had a seamless check in upon arrival. I only stayed a night there but it was good.

My stay was absolutely great, I am highly impressed with all the services rendered at the hotel. My room was neat and comfortable, power and water supply was available throughout my stay. Kitchen service was wonderful, food was tasty and affordable. I would love to use the hotel again

I had a perfect stay at the hotel. My room was properly ventilated and power supply was good. The hotel's attendants were friendly and helpful. Checking in was smooth and the environment was very conducive. It was indeed a perfect stay

The hotel served its purpose. I was able to relax very well and I had a sound sleep. The hotel had a very peaceful and clean environment which was perfect for relaxation. The room was properly arranged and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were modern and affordable.

Given the rate I paid, I will say I am totally satisfied with my time at the hotel. The hotel is a budget kind but the service is commendable. I have been there a couple of times already and will definitely come back whenever I am around.

My stay at the hotel was nice, the hotel was easy to locate. Their staff was respectful accommodating and efficient. Water and power supply was available. My room was neat and comfortable, I really had a great time. The only complaint I had at the hotel was about the intercom. Whenever I call, nobody picks from the reception and most of the time when I have one request or the other, I had to walk to the reception which was really stressful. I think it will make guest more comfortable at your hotel if room service handles the calls on the intercom. Apart from this, my stay was good.

I checked in quite early, so it was a relief to find out the room was available, even better, it was ready and I could check in. I was inside in no time. I spent only one night but I rested very well, it was nice.

It was an okay stay at Haile Selassies Suite. I was very comfortable in the room despite it been a small room. My only complain was that, the noise in the environment was too much, this really disturbed my sleep. Asides this, I had no other complain and it was an okay stay.

My stay at the hotel was fair. Although I was able to locate the hotel without much stress and checking in was also swift, I did not like my room at all. The bed sheets were old, the Television wasn't working well and the window in my room was bad which made me feel insecure. The hotel does not have WiFi and the customer service was generally poor.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed as the service was top-class. I really see this hotel having top client as my room was very beautiful. The bed was nice, soft and was like my bed at home and I really slept comfortably. The meals were very delicious, quite costly but it was worth it. Very quiet and conducive environment On my check out date, I actually did not want to leave because I felt like I was home already. This is a very nice hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, although this might be because of the room category I lodged in, I will however state the fact that work should be done in this hotel. The Air conditioner in room was not working at all, the same goes for the freezer. Also water was not running well and the bed sheet was very old. All this mad my stay at the hotel a little uncomfortable.

The hotel wasn't bad but it could be better if and only if they pay attention to details.There was no towel in the room I stayed, I asked for one but I wasn't provided one. The laundry guy was really good and efficient ,he was diligent and swift in delivery.They should pay attention to details

The hotel is okay and the rooms were comfortable enough. The only problem I had was that the intercom was not working and I had to be going from the third floor to get somethings done. They need to work on this so that it does not stress clients.

I had a satisfactory stay at Haile Selaissies Suite, the room was neat and beautiful,water and power supply was available,efficient and friendly customer service with good security system.

My stay at the hotel was a good one,the hotel was beautiful and neat.The environment was serene and they have excellent customer service but their intercom was not working,there was no internet connection and their water is a little bit smelly,they need to work on water,intercom and the internet connection,

My stay at the hotel was fairly good,the hotel was beautiful and clean,the staff was also friendly and efficient but I was not impressed with their food at all.I could not sleep because of the loud music coming from the reception downstairs,and there was no intercom in the room,i even have to fetch water from downstairs several times because there was no water downstairs.I don't think I ever want to go back there again.

My stay at the hotel was very okay,the environment was clean,my room was also beautiful.The staff was friendly and the cleaning was okay too,the issue I have with the hotel is that there was no wifi connection,no foot mat in the room and the water was not too clean.

This hotel is actually beautiful, the rooms are spacious but the maintenance is really bad. The room that was reserved for us was very dusty, the blanket that was used on the bed was dusty as well, I had to replace it myself. We actually complained to a staff that evening but he said the room was taken care of before our arrival which was not so. Some of the bathroom facilities were not in good condition. I would really appreciate it if you would have a proper maintenance of the hotel generally.

I liked the location of your hotel because it was easy to locate, I observed that the environment was always cleaned and neat, I stay for four days and I did not regret it, I only notice that the facilities were old and needs replacement, there should be renovation also done on the door floor, but all the same your hotel was really great and welcoming. The part I liked the most was the laundry guy, he was always fast.

I wouldn't hesitate to come back here or recommend this hotel to someone else. The room was comfortable but had a little challenge, there was no towel in the room and when I complained it took them more than an hour to bring it. Also, there was water heater in the room but no coffee or tea and I was told I can only get it on order which I must pay. Aside this, the hotel is excellent.

The hotel was averagely okay the only complaint I had was the power supply. It was not stable.

Everything was okay. There was constant water and power supply. They have a working standby generator. It makes the place more comfortable and relaxing for me. I am a satisfied customer.
