I can't believe I just paid N6500 for a room in a hotel that is under renovation. No wireless internet, no complimentary breakfast as claimed. I'm so regretting staying there.

My stay was very good.

Everything about the hotel both inside and outside was bad.

I used the hotel once when I made a trip to Illorin. The area is new to me and I am not familiar with the standard of hotels there but I would say my stay was nice and I didn't have any complaints.

It was not a bad stay, but it could be better.The hotel's structure is very beautiful and the staff are friendly. The water heater wasn't working in the room I stayed. There was power and water supply throughout my stay. They need to improve on all their facilities.

I am a regular guest at the hotel and my stay there this time around was really pleasant. It's definitely among the best hotels in Kwara.

Your hotel is great, it a wonderful experience and with nice staff, I could only get cold water from the toilet in my room because the water heater had some issues but I must say that your staff were very effective. The room service was great, anytime I needed hot water it was always given, the lady that the reception even told me that I just needed to ask and it will be given since they were yet to fix the water heater. Its a great place anytime, any day. I never regretted staying for at your hotel at all, its an experience that I would want again.

Everything about the hotel is just perfect, never knew there was a hotel like that in ilorin. I would surely go back there anything i visit ilorin.

I didn't waste my money going to the hotel, i paid little and got a lot in return. (very good service)

The hotel is good and fine. There was adequate space and the staff was helpful to attend to my inquiries.

The hotel was not too bad for the price. The only discomfort I had was the air condition in my room which was not cooling and tap not running well. I had to change the room , after what, everything was okay. The receptionist’s guys are fantastic and very welcoming.

My stay at the hotel was fine....their environment was conducive and their customer service tried their best but they can still try and improve better on their customer service and room service

The hotel was great, just that there was no hot water in the bathroom, we had to order for it but they were very quick in responding to our orders

My stay at the hotel was okay and the environment is nice.....though i really don\'t like the seating arrangement and the chairs we used for our meeting wasn\'t too good, then the public address system too wasn\'t functioning well......but apart from that the customer service were great and the rooms are okay

The hotel was a disappointment. There were mosquitoes in the room, caterer service was bad, facilities were not functioning well, no hot water to bath with and the toilet was dirty with a broken toilet lid. I left the next day when I could not cope with the situation.

The hotel maintenance was very poor; there were cobwebs and cockroaches in the room. The facilities and house-keeping was poor; the bed looked unkempt and the network reception was really poor. I had to run out of the room at intervals to receive calls. I was not encouraged with the situation of the hotel.

If I have had a second chance that day I would have requested for my money or a change of room but because I was so tired I couldn’t. The bed spread was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere.

The hotel is okay for a place like Ilorin. It is located in a calm and quite environment,the room given to me was spacious, comfortable, and price was reasonable. Their services are satisfactory; constant power supply with standby generator, adequate parking space with security, internet facilities and well trained staff. I will recommend to my family and friends.

I went there for a conference and I really enjoyed myself. Their food tasted nice.

It was my first time in the town and I was very impressed with the room service and the promptness at which they attended to my request. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was in the heart of town which made it easy for me to connect to all my business engagements but how on earth can you have a hotel of that calibre experiencing serious internet challenges? It was really annoying because the internet and communication facility was next to zero. I could not make calls or browse within the hotel but once I stepped out of the hotel, communication became easy. I would recommend the hotel because the food was really tasty and well prepared and the hotel is posh and well maintained but on the condition that they work on their communication facility.
