My stay at the hotel went really well. I did not encounter any issues checking in and out of the hotel. The environment was cool and serene. The staff were nice and friendly. In all, I had a great stay there but the food was not so nice. The kitchen staff should work on that. Good hotel though.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, the hotel is beautiful. My room was comfortable, nice food, clean water was available, power supply was uninterrupted. The hotel meets international standard and I am very much impressed with their services.

Protea Hotel is the best hotel have ever stayed at Benin, I am highly impressed with their services. The hotel was neat and beautiful, their staff were efficient and hard working, their food was delicious and affordable. I will be using this hotel from now on, It was a beautiful experience.

My stay was nice at the hotel, I was impressed with the level of their hospitality and service. The environment is beautiful and serene, They have standard facilities also. I really enjoyed my time there.

My stay at the hotel was really exciting, Overall, I really enjoyed myself at the hotel and whenever I travel back to Benin, I would stay at the Protea hotel Benin. It was really awesome.

I am absolutely disappointed and mad at the hotel. You do not have control on the way you handle issues carelessly. I will ask your organisation put a watch on staff who rant without knowing they are handling human beings. Asking me if I will be back has an answer already and you know it.

A new hotel in Benin city and one of the best in the city, I was quite surprised when the DSTV subscription expired and they did not pay for a fresh subscription till I left. It was quite disheartening considering the amount I paid for the room. Its a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Protea is a brand that has come to stay.
