I need not say much about the hotel and the service they provided.The customer service was superb and fantastic, their rooms are clean and well managed .The environment was serene and neat, I got value fro my money

I was to check into the hotel but on my getting there I was disgusted by the sight of stuffs I saw. The apartment lack clean and good water. They don't fumigate regularly, bed bugs everywhere, insect and mosquitoes greeted us on opening the door to the room! There is nobody to attend to you when get to the hotel, you have to wait for long for someone to come out from the back of the building. It is a 3 storey building and there is no elevator. I just could not stay there with my family had to find a better place to lay my head.

This is a very good hotel but could be better. I was checked into the hotel successfully but I had a real issue with the hotel when I discovered the room I was checked into was very dirty, the towels were also dirty, the kitchen was also dirty. I guess the room was never cleaned, it was so disgusting. VTL Suites is a very nice hotel but I think it should be cleaned regularly.

I made an initial reservation at another apartment in Lagos but plans changed and I could not make it there. I thought I lost a good hotel until I got here. I was so impressed with your services and facilities. I and my friends look forward to another stay in your hotel. Keep up the good work.

I had a really nice stay at your hotel, everything was just perfect. I liked your internet, it is one of the best at any hotel I have been. The food is quite tasty too, many hotels seem to have issues with this but not you, I don't know how you do it. The environment is relaxing, your hotel is just amazing.

The hotel was up to standard, I was extremely impressed by their services. The rooms were sparkling clean, food was very nice, the staff displayed very courteous attitude and the receptionist was very respectful. It was just like a family setting and I felt really at home. It was also easily accessible and my stay was just perfect. The hotel is a place to be.

For me, a sluggish attendance from a customer representative turns me off. I was absolutely irritated by the bad internet service and not too good toilet. My stay was nothing awesome.

I enjoyed my stay there, However the apartment lacked several facilities and utensils in the kitchen for example. I needed to use a washing machine and I was unable to and I was really turned off! But all in all it was good!
