I was comfortable throughout my stay. The services rendered at the hotel were okay.

Nice hotel but they can do better.

My stay was okay. I had no issues checking in and out although I would rate the hotel averagely based on the services rendered to me. The service delivery needs to be improved upon and the facilities need to be upgraded for better patronage. IT is cool and quiet though.

The hotel is so useless. They do not have good facilities available for use. The television has limited stations to view and wifi is not working.The customer service is bad. The phone lines do not work.I had to go all the way down to have someone attend to me. The only good thing about the hotel is the room which is comfortable to sleep in. I did not get good value for my money at all

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service is very bad and poor. The facilities are not properly maintained. The environment is not so conducive to stay in. The room and bathroom were not so clean enough to my satisfaction. The rooms did not look like it had been cleaned before I checked in. Not a good place.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before. The place is clean, tidy, with a great location, good taxi service and pleasant staff. The room rates are a bit pricey though because one gets value for the money spent. I will recommend it to others.

The hotel is a good place to be because I enjoyed my stay. The facilities and services at the hotel was great considering the room rates. The power supply was impressive and the environment of the hotel was cool. The room was comfortable and the bed size was great for a sound sleep.

My stay there was actually very nice. The general ambiance is very peaceful, the rooms are comfortable and are kept clean and the staff there are nice. It's a nice place and I would recommend them.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and I had a very good time. As a matter of fact, this is the second time I am staying at the hotel and I look forward to coming here again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here but they need to work on the hot water; when you press the hot water button it brings out cold water. The window in my room seemed permanently locked. They need to open it in case one needs a fresh.

It was my first time in the town and I was very impressed with the room service and the promptness at which they attended to my request. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was in the heart of town which made it easy for me to connect to all my business engagements

Except that their internet service was slow, every other thing else was okay

My stay at the hotel was okay, their customer service was good, the only thing is that their POS was not functioning, so i had to pay by cash, they should try and fix it

The hotel is old and all the amenities are old including the bed spread and pillow cases. It would be okay if they can pay more concentration on the room facilities. The only thing I enjoyed was the food, every other thing was poor.

I enjoyed the hotel but I had issue with their billing. I think they need to work on that. What happened might be little but goes a long way in the mind of the customers. Someone that was embarrassed because of money will not be willing to patronise such organisation again.

I always choose this hotel because of its proximity to the Airport. Nothing special about the place, it’s just a nice Hotel and I’m used to the place.

My stay was okay.The hotel deprived me of the basic amenities in the rest room like toothbrush, paste and shower cap. Nevertheless, I will always go there when next am in Lagos.
