It looks like an abandoned room, with no toilet door, flies everywhere, and mosquitoes

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, locating the hotel was quiet easy, the environment was beautiful and neat. When I got to my room, I was surprised as the room was really small for the price I paid. It was not what I expected at all and I feel the management should make the prices of small rooms reasonable. All other services at the hotel were wonderful.

I had a memorable time at the hotel albeit it was brief. I stayed with my guest and we used two rooms. It was nice when I corresponded with him and he didn't have any complain.

I stayed in this hotel a while back and it was all good, but this time I don’t know what happened. The rooms were smaller, there were sand flies in the room which made me very uncomfortable. I brought the issue to the notice of the hotel's attendant and they responded by spraying the room with insecticide. I stayed at the restaurant for a while before going back to my room. I checked out quite earlier than I planned to because I didn't have a good night rest.

Although I did not have any issue with the hotel itself because everything was up to standard and the service was quite okay, but I really disliked the fact that guests were permitted to smoke in their room. This really made me uncomfortable. The management should look into creating a section or a wing of the hotel where people can smoke and another wing where smoking is not permitted.

My stay was terrible. The room I booked was unavailable on check-in and I had to pay even more for a smaller one. The food I ordered in the afternoon came at midnight and, it was all just a huge mess. I am terribly disappointed and will not be staying there anytime soon

Blue Spring hotel is actually a very good hotel with good staff. I really had a nice time at the hotel and would always want to visit this hotel whenever I am in town. My room had a bad air condition which I was not very happy about. I informed a staff about it and he promised to get someone to fix it but nothing was done about it, asides this very complaint, I had a really nice time at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was superb. There was 24 hours power supply. My room, it's bathroom and toilet were all very neat. The only issue I had with the hotel during my stay was that there was no refrigerator in my room and also, there were too many boys roaming about in the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable.

The hotel had a cool atmosphere for relaxation, although the breakfast was not too good but I was able to manage it. I would like to visit Blue Spring again.

It was not an interesting experience at the hotel, the room I stayed in was not nice, the wall of the room was dirty and disgusting, as the wall paintings had peeled off. The hotel needs to be renovated. The room was spacious and perfect for the price. However, I was able to make myself comfortable with a good sleep.
