What a bad experience, I rate this hotel 2/10, the toilet was not flushing, the shower not working, I scoop water from bucket to bath, no toiletries

The rooms were so great, the staff was so friendly, and the environment was so calm, I will really love to be there again.

From the gate to the front desk, the customer service is poor. I was already checked-in before the AC was repaired. The facility has no menu so you won't even know if you are paying the right amount. Also, it seems the towels there are very limited. If you are lucky to get a towel today, you might not be lucky the next day because you will be told it's still wet. Aha.. The kitchen is very slow. I even went to bed on my second night hungry because I waited for dinner and slept off. The place is just a place to sleep if you have something important to do close by. If not, avoid it at least till they improve.

My stay was good and okay but they have to make a lot of improvement in their services.....

My stay was terrible.....the place was dirty, the toilet was smelling, the staff was. so saucy, I can't imagine you surviving there but what I love there is that they have constant electricity...

I did not check-in because what I saw on the internet was not what I saw on ground, that place is not habitable at all

I did not enjoy my stay, the is no smoking floor in the hotel, hence people smoke every were.

My experience at the hotel was terrible, the AC was not working, the beddings were dirty and they have rude staffs.

The service delivery was poor, they was no water. I could not get the receptionist to attend to my request, most of the facility were not functioning.

I believe The Sanzak Place is actually a very good hotel which lacks proper maintenance as some of the facilities are not working anymore. My room was quite okay but my bathroom was terrible. The bathroom door was bad and whenever I have my bath water flows beneath the door into the room and thereby making the carpet wet which eventually develops a nasty odor. I think the hotel needs proper maintenance and I hope this is worked on.

I enjoyed every bit of time I stayed at the hotel,the customer service was professional .The staffs were hospitable and friendly.It was really home away from home

The hotel has really improved compared to the last time i stayed there.The rooms are beautiful and well structured.There was power and water supply throughout my stay,hot water was running in the bathroom also.They should keep improving in their maintenance culture

My experience wasn't great. The fact that there was no water in the hotel didn't make me enjoy my stay.

The hotel is okay but the rooms are too old - the bed and the sheets too. The hotel generally needs to be refurbished.
