The stay was okay though the AC was not working.

This hotel is old, dirty and nasty. The room I was allocated to was very rough and dirty , the duvets were torn, the sheets were dirty. The toilet lacked a toilet door, I was so disgusted.

Very noisy environment, services was poor, dirty room especially underneath the bed. I wish I never checked-in.

The place is okay, neat and decent. The environment is quite serene. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very cozy. The hotel exceeded my expectation. This is a place I'd love to return to.

The hotel is a good place to be because I enjoyed my stay. The facilities and services at the hotel was great considering the room rates. The power supply was impressive and the environment of the hotel was cool. The room was comfortable and the bed size was great for a sound sleep.

When I got to the hotel, we had to go into 3 different rooms before we finally settle for the room we stayed in. Some of the rooms had the AC cover on the floor and some other little issues. I think it is better if they note the rooms with faults so they don’t take clients there. They should just take clients to the rooms without issues. Asides from that, it was a very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel, their customer service is very professional and effective. The environment is very peaceful and neat, the security is very good also. The food was affordable and delicious. They really met up to my expectation.

I enjoyed my stay at Evergreen Hotel. I got everything I wanted like a neat room, toiletries, good meal, AC, wifi, stable power and water supply, But my bed sheet and pillow case was in a mess. one last thing they have nice staff.

My stay was not enjoyable at all. I could not get hot water and also the rooms posted on your website was not the room they gave me. I just did not enjoy my stay.

My stay was okay but it could be better, I changed rooms like 3 times because the rooms were smelling and the bed sheet had stains on them.I just noticed they don't pay enough attention to cleaniness. They should be more proactive and pay attention to details

I really enjoyed me stay, especially by the pool side. The environment was cool and clean with the regular power supply but the service was kind of delayed. This is because I waited for my point and kill for quite a while, although was really tasty. Generally its a good place to spend time and days
