My stay was very okay

The location of this hotel was perfect and the environment was very neat and conducive. The staff were very cordial and the customer service was top notch. I enjoyed every moment I spent at the hotel.

Your bartenders have the worst attitude ever, one threatened the guests! He threatened a female guest and the other bartenders inflated the price of food and drinks . When I asked why they were acting that way, I was told this is the norm . Worst service ever!

I had a fantastic experience here.The service was satisfactory, environment was clean and room was extremely comfortable with good facilities. They can improve on their catering services as well. The staff were efficient and always at your service. Also, thanks to Hotels.ng for the wonderful service provided. I hope to visit this hotel some other time.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was just fabulous! It is located just off the main road into town; a very short walk to where I had a meeting. The staff were really nice, they put on a delicious breakfast and the view from the restaurant is fantastic; I felt like I was eating in a tree house!. The price was cheap enough, The hotel also has a nice location, very secured and lovely.

It was really okay and fine. There was really a nice rapport between the client and staff, it really helped me relax well.

This is my first time of staying here and I indeed had a wonderful stay. I stayed at the ground floor and it was very comfortable. The people here are nice, accommodating and recommending. I have recommended the hotel to several people already.

The room I was given initially was so bad. It was so horrible and dirty because they didn’t clean up after the previous client left the room. I had to change my room which was quite better than the previous. Their security is highly commendable as I forgot my ATM card and later still found it at the hotel. Generally, I would say the service quality is fair.
