My stay was good but the hotel is so old, every other thing was okay.

No subscribed channel for DStv, no remote and switch-off button to control TV throughout Sunday and Monday night. The hotel only promised to do something about it, but never did.

The stay was perfect, the rooms were good and the hotel staff was professional in duties.

My stay was just there and I had no challenges during the time spent there.

My stay at Rita Lori Hotels was a horrible experience. The bed sheets was dirty, no towel. They was no socket in my room, everything was old.

I like the hotel. My stay was good.

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated urgently. The air-conditioning unit in the room I stayed in was old and quite noisy which disturbed my sleep. Also, the toilet dripped water The furniture in the room are old and worn out. Staff are warm and welcoming.

Good reception, good affordable food, clean environment. Very respectful workers. I'll recommend this place to anyone. Their weekend promo makes it more better.

The receptionist is very saucy and bossy. I wonder how hotel would employ people without checking their attitude. With the display I got from her today I don’t think I can ever recommend another person to this hotel again.

The bathrooms and rooms need more cleaning. some of the doors there makes the place looks old. I asked for the breakfast that was included when I made the booking and I waited for hours but didn't get it. I am not happy with the services rendered and so I am not going back there.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The customer services was excellent. The environment was cool and serene. The room was cool. The bed was comfortable with very clean sheets. All facilities were fully functional. I had a good time there. Excellent service delivery,I must say!

Awesome is just the perfect word to describe the hotel and my stay there. Every of the facilities worked well. Th room and bathroom were clean, there was good water supply and electricity.The staff were nice, friendly and polite. I had a very good stay there.

My room was so bad.The room that was initially reserved for me was supposedly undergoing renovation so I was taken to another room upon my check in. The air conditioner in the new room was not working, the TV was also not working. I did not really enjoy my stay as the hotel was not clean enough for me.

The hotel is top-notch. Their room services and general ambiance is next to none. Even though the interior was quite low, I really did enjoy my stay there. Great place.

My room was really clean, the food was palatable, the bathroom was clean and toiletries were available. The intercom in my room was also working well, so I did not have to go to the reception to ask for anything or buy anything.

I had a good stay, the hotel was really comfortable and beautiful. The room was clean. I also like that the hotel staff were really nice and readily available to respond to any complain and ensure their guests are comfortable. The facilities were up to standard and my room was absolutely perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rita Lori hotel, I had a warm welcome right from the staff at reception. The environment was very clean, the swimming pool was very clean and warm for a good swim. There was just one issue, the air conditioning unit was dripping water on the floor.

My stay at the hotel was not pleasing to me. The hotel attendant at the front desk was rude and impolite while I was making payment for the reservation. The room I was given was very small and uncomfortable and the mosquitoes made my night a terrible one, coupled with the fact that the AC was not working well. The hotel attendants refused to allow my friend pass the night in my room which lead to several rounds of argument. It was really a bad experience.

Although it is not my first time at this hotel but this last visit was a good one, I really enjoy your services. Keep it up guys.

I did not enjoy my stay. In the room I stayed at, when taking a shower, water spills from the bathroom into the room and most times the toilet doesn't flush.

Your hotel is really nice and I am a glad I used it. Your staff are very friendly and concerned. They literally had to keep checking on me when I told them I was not feeling too well. However, please improve on the food, I did not really enjoy it.

This hotel has good and comfortable rooms, good quality breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Sparkling and beautiful building. Not only attractive on the outside but also has attractive facilities in it. The hotel has friendly and welcoming staff, they were really helpful during my stay, The environment was neat too, with a large parking space. Good level of security, nice location. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is a really nice place, the only complain i have is the drainage behind the hotel, it is not too good for the hotel reference.

The hotel was great, their environment was okay, their customer service was also very good and they have nice staffs......the only thing about the hotel is that they don\'t have a parking space, and then they didn\'t give us a complementary breakfast which we were told should be given to their clients

The receptionist is nice and friendly, the hotel is quite spacious.....i really enjoyed my stay except for the breakfast, they didn\'t have most of the things on the breakfast list, had to order for egg and i didn\'t really like the way they fried it

the hotel is one of which i rate very high in terms of their friendly customer service, the clean and tidy environment also coupled with good comfort. i really enjoyed my stay. I\'ll like the management to change faulty TV\'s and also the non functioning water heater to enable customers enjoy their stay the more

Everything was okay and comfortable. Was entitled to breakfast but it was just bread. no egg

Actually I liked the hotel and its environment. Room was comfortable and neatly arranged but service was not impressive. I requested for food and what they brought was half done.

Rital Lori Hotel is okay and good but they need to work on something’s like the toilet flusher it was not working, I had to use bucket to fetch water and also the curtain was not good and attractive.

I got a warm welcome from the reception. Friendly and nice staff. My room was very comfortable .Location was very perfect for me. The bar didn’t have my preferred drink and I was embarrassed by the attendant when I brought my drink from outside the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant experience
