First room given to me had a leaky tap and water flooded the entire room. I was asked me to manage the bad tap like that but I refused. The second room given to me has a faulty noisy AC. I called the reception to complain three times over one and a half hours before I had someone to attend to me. I would not be staying in this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

I got to the hotel late that night so it was a relief to find out our room was reserved. I had a number of complaints at the hotel though. I checked in with my wife but was asked to pay for additional breakfast as complimentary breakfast was for one. The air condition in the room was faulty too. Even though I am out of the hotel, I still got a call from them telling me I was undercharged for laundry. The service was pathetic.
