Reviews of Vinotel Hotel

The air conditioning unit was faulty, the room was not clean and not well arranged to my exquisite taste. I was not satisfied with the management and staff present on the days I stayed at the hotel.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hotel, I got value for my money. The customer service was prompt and efficient, their room and restrooms were clean and well arranged. I would surely visit again soon.

It was very good and I have no complaints basically except for the fact that they do not accept POS which was really inconvenient for me. Otherwise, I have no issues with the quality of the service!

I would rate this hotel 7/10 because during my stay there their internet was down, and their services was not that okay, one has to always request for things that should have been provided for. But the environment is beautiful and it is located in a very nice area.

Your hotel was okay but may be I wanted something more, staying for so long I wanted better service and more dishes to choose from but it was not like that, after two nights I had to change room because the first room had little or even space, it was very had to move around, the second room was better with more space, I think your hotel needs little renovation and some better facilities should been put in place.

My stay here was alright, I had no issue to complain throughout my stay at the hotel. I will like to recommend this hotel to anyone that need cheap hotel in Abuja.

Really didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel.....The bed in the room was too small and not good enough for the price i paid...also their TV is outdated, they should try and change their TV

Room and environment was calm and cool. But there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, they need to fumigate the whole place.

The hotel itself was manageable in terms of the comfort of the room, cleanliness of the environment and the security. The hospitality of the staffs was superb.

My stay was quite enjoyable. But the standard room is quite small compared to standard room of other hotels I have been to. There was no table in the room and the sheets towers were quite dirty. Though, I enjoyed their meal and the service quality is good.

The hotel building is fine; affordable and the services provided really beat my expectation because of their rates. My room was comfortable. The environment was clean and tidy. Staffs were good and pleasant to me.

I stayed here for just a night and my stay was awesome. The place was close to where I had my appointment, though my room was small but still comfortable. I was really impressed with the services provided by Hotels.ng and I will always patronise and recommend them.

I enjoyed my stay. The environment was clean, atmosphere was very conducive, 24 hours power supply, room spacious with a big and comfortable bed. The staffs were friendly, polite and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
