My experience at the hotel was not nice, there was no water and I could not lock my door from inside.

Room was clean and comfortable with clean sheets. Staff were courteous. Food was delicious Room rate is fair.

I booked this hotel, as our original booking at another hotel nearby was unexpectedly overbooked. I was made to pay 5 nights upfront, to reserve our booking before arriving in Nigeria. I stayed only one night and moved to an international chain hotel at a much higher price because we had a long stay, and we weren’t happy with the previous hotel for the following in their best suite: - unclean rooms (had to request them to clean the room, mop floors and clean dirty fridge), the finger prints on banister above bed also looked a bit suss if you know what I mean. - dirty linens (not the actual sheets but the trimmings). - hot water wasn’t working and bathroom tap had no flow. - very hard and uncomfortable bed, could feel the springs and had pains after one night. - old musty/mouldy smell. - inattentive staff. - lack of security (this is in a military zone, so it is generally considered a safe area but you could walk through the hotel and out the back onto the street where there was an open gate where deliveries are taken and walk back in again without seeing any staff, which didn’t feel secure). There were lots of loiterers outside (taxi staff and other men who didn’t make me feel comfortable when I left the hotel). - lack of parking for family picking us up. -staff dealing with complaints were not helpful and didn’t appear to care. We returned two days after leaving as I had to get a refund. I spoke to the management staff who were easier to talk to and very apologetic, which we appreciated but they really tried trying to talk us into cancelling our fully paid booking at the new hotel and come back promising an underlay to be put on the mattress. Suggesting we cancel our booking made us feel quite uncomfortable and to be honest moving hotels again would add to the level of inconvenience already caused. Refund took days and a reminder phone call to be processed. Overall if it had been a short stay or we didn’t have the funds to upgrade, we could have dealt with it but moving hotels resulted in us feeling safe and really enjoying our stay.

This hotel is an excellent one. I really enjoyed my stay there. Their customer service was excellent and very friendly. I will stay there again whenever I visit Benin.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. The service is nothing to write home about; it is horrible. The food menu has varieties written on it but it is just over rated as the food are not available if requested. Basic toiletries were not provided at all. The bath tub in the bathroom was practically falling. This hotel is a disappointment.

The room was reasonably tidy with a very big bed that I slept in comfortably. It felt just right, the facilities in the room worked perfectly. The staff and management did a great job putting everything together for me and the other guests.

My stay at Prestige hotel was good. It's a decent place and they did not disappoint. The only issue was that we were restricted to watching on African Magic channel on the TV. I guess it's the preferred channel but I would have loved watched something else if I had my way.

My stay at the hotel was very good. Water and power was steady all through the duration of my stay. It's the first time I am using the hotel but I don't mind coming over again or recommending it to another guest.

The hotel has a dripping and cranky air conditioner in the second room I was relocated into, after I complained about the bad mattress in the first room I was checked into. The basic items that makes for a comfortable stay in a hotel of this standard are missing. The management and culture of service need to be improved upon to ensure that a guest's experience is matched with expectations from a hotel of the standard and image the hotel creates.

Nice room and interior good interior design but very exorbitant rates. First don't order meals here you will pay dearly for meals not worth quarter the price. Called the bar to request for glass cup as I don't like drinking water from the bottle I was bluntly told I can't be given one until I buy a drink I then went to the manager surprisingly he said that is their policy. This is a hotel I paid over 100k for 3 days. A huge mistake lodging here.

The hotel had a very serene and clean environment with maximum security. The hotel's staff and management were friendly and helpful. The room was properly arranged and comfortable. I had a great time at the hotel.

My stay at Prestige Hotel and suites was a very awesome one. The environment was very beautiful, the hotel's attendant were very polite and efficient. The room rate was cool when compared to the quality of services offered at the hotel. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

I did not like my stay at the hotel. I couldn't access the laundry service and I did not get a towel, I had to improvise. I won't be coming over again.

My stay was wonderful, it is a beautiful place, with wonderful people, the room was clean and the bathroom was neat.The hotel's staff were respectful and dutiful. I hope to use the hotel soon again.

I like the ambiance of the hotel, the room is warm and cozy. Their service is very efficient, the food tasted really good. The only thing I want them to work on is to make the swimming pool and gym run for 24hours.
