Worse experience ever

The hotel's filthiness is disgustingly disturbing! I will not recommend it to anyone that is human. For a foreigner, I had to sleep with cockroaches! They had no water and poor service too.

Horrible, horrible and horrible

We changed rooms twice because in the first, there was no working TV and even in the second, the staff had to bring TV from another room. I noticed the taps were not running and I complained as we were leaving for a party. I was told they were pumping water. On our return, I found a very dirty towel that was kept for us to use. I opened the tap behold no water. I looked down at the tub only to see it was blocked with water from the previous lodger in it. We had two wall fans on both sides of the bed for ventilation. There was no wardrobe. Suddenly, all the facilities stopped working and until we checked out, they never came back on. We had to brush our teeth with bottled water. Ceilings in some places were missing thereby exposing wires everywhere. I took a wrong flight of stairs only to see empty plastics of water thrown on the floor in a heap. It's beautiful to look at outside yet horrible inside. Did I mention four to five young boys hanging around a room? I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disgusting

I only stayed at the hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. The maintenance of the facilities there is so appalling. There is no good security. I did not have a good time. Never again!

The room I checked into at first was not comfortable so I had to upgrade to another room which was a bit better. The only problem was that the toilet and bathroom need to be renovated because the shower is bad and only the tap supplied water.

Poor stay

Recently I made use of your hotel for the first time. I wasn't impressed with the state of things to be honest. For example, a number of electric bulbs were faulty and no one gave a thought to replacing them. I found the hotel unattractive generally.

Wonderful stay

My stay at the hotel was perfect. The power and water supply were constant. The rooms were tidy and very neat. I liked it that toiletries were also provided. My stay was quite remarkable. I won't hesitate coming over when I'm around.

Crap service

I don't know what hotel has a habit of turning off electricity in the morning from 10am-5pm yet they guaranteed 24h electricity. Nothing for breakfast except "we don't have, we don't have we don't have". In addition, every time you go, the staff are suprised there is no shower yet nothing is done about it. No heater so it's constant cold water all the way. I doubt these guys are serious

Dissappointed

I was really disappointed when I got to this hotel, I did not like what I saw, I was not comfortable. The hotel needs renovations, the walls should be painted.

I was not impressed with the reception I got at the hotel. We requested for toiletries and we were not provided with it, loud music playing throughout the night and people fighting everywhere. In fact, the hotel is not managed professionally .
