The client enjoyed their stay and said, on a scale of 1-10, he will give the hotel 8. The rooms and environment were cut-and-dry and the staff was professional.

The hotel needs to improve on their facilities, the facilities are poor and outdated, no hot water running in the bathroom, cobweb were in the room, bad curtains too. They just need to improve.

The room was not good, no hot water. I think the hotel is being poorly managed. There is room for improvement. I believed they will adjust because I really talked to them.

I really enjoyed myself at the hotel. The reception was okay and the service quality was very fantastic. The hotel is a four star, very clean and situated in a serene environment. The hotel is very commendable with good services. I will rate it 7 out of 10.
