I loved my stay at the hotel, locating it was not stressful at all. The treatment I got from the staff was highly commendable. The hotel's environment was very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and highly comfortable. I appreciate the efforts of the security officials who were very professional and dutiful. I look forward to coming back here again sometime.

I had a good time at the hotel, the staff and management catered to my needs in a professional manner. A rating of 7/10 for my stay at the hotel.

The hotel and its facilities were all good. The only issue I had is that hotel requested I pay immediately for everything I requested for. This would have been fine if the hotel had a working POS. I also checked around but there was no ATM close by. If not for this, I'd have given the hotel an almost perfect score.

I love the location and serenity of the environment, it was absolutely conducive. Their room service was prompt and efficient and all facilities were modern and new. Water and power supply was available throughout my stay and their food was delicious and affordable. The hotel is a good place to be, I am highly impressed with their services and would love to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in the room I checked into. I enjoyed uninterrupted power supply, fully air conditioned atmosphere, prompt service, neat and bedsheets with sweet smells.I had no bad experience with my stay at the hotel. It was superb.

It is a very cool hotel, beautiful and comfortable. The staff are nice and the service is top quality. My stay was great, from my check in to check out everything went smoothly. My room was comfortable, beautiful curtain and bead spread was used. Water and power supply was constant and food was tasty. Customer service was excellent, intercom and internet connection was available. I am satisfied with all their services.

Ritz Carlton Hotel has large rooms with spacious wardrobes. The bed was very nice and big enough to make me sleep like a baby. The meals were affordable and really delicious. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel.
