Reviews of Royal Park International Hotel

The standard was poor; my room was totally flooded because water was leaking from the bathroom. This was very frustrating and tiring. Such things should not be happening and should get properly fixed.

My stay was a happy one with my family. The hotel is comfortable; there was no security threat at all and the service quality was very okay. The only complaint is that their TV’s are outdated and they should upgrade to better ones.

There was water everywhere in my room and I think someone should have noticed that before I was checked in. Well, the staffs were wonderful and the environment was clean. I was not actually looking for luxury, just needed a place close to where my business location.

For such environment and rate this hotel is okay and can compete with any other hotel within the same vicinity.

My stay was great; when I got to the hotel I was looking for ATM but I was told to use their POS, I would like to commend them on that. There was no water from the tap but it was later fixed. They need to improve on their services, I ordered for food by 8am and they brought it by 11am it took those 4hours to deliver. The location for me was very perfect; I went to see my son and it was very convenient.

I was impressed with their service, the front desk officers were very efficient, they helped me to carry my luggage inside, my room key was given to me immediately I got there and also a number to call if needed anything. I also love the fact that there breakfast was included in their room rates and the food tasted great. My room was spacious and clean but the shower in my rest wasn’t working properly. I would definitely recommend Hotels.ng portal for my friends. You guys are doing a great job
