Nice and cool stay

There was no stress locating the hotel, the environment was beautiful and peaceful, the reception I got was awesome. My room was well furnished and really comfortable as all the facilities worked properly. There was a steady supply of electricity and water .

My stay at the hotel was totally amazing. I received a warm reception from their ever smiling staff at the reception. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was neat, toiletries were provided, the power and water supply was constant. Their staff were respectful and dutiful. I am highly impressed with the services.
Horrible Stay

I didn't like my stay at all, my room looked deserted, the water heater was not working well. The power supply was not constant, there was no intercom too. I will never go there again.

I stayed with my family for 8nights in August 2015. For us it was a refreshing time and we all had fun. The location is good to connect with the city, they need to improve on customer service and cleaning, minor maintenance for fixtures and fittings in the room. Above all we had a good vacation in the rock city!

the hotel was not really up to my standards as i had to to change rooms to be comfortable, though th enviroment was ok, the customer service it was ok too, but they didn\'t make me feel comfortable during my stay,if i call to ask or order for something, they keep sending in different set of people, it was as if they were trying to check my monitor me. For the management, there are some basic amenities they should provide in each room for the comfort of the customer, they should please do these
