They don’t wash the sheets or blankets

Their management is just shit. The heater in all the rooms don’t work. Worst of all they don’t wash the sheets or blankets, it’s horrible. This is not my first time here so I’m writing from experience and it’s certainly my last time.

Firstly, the receptionist was not even aware of online reservations. Also, they are undergoing minor renovations.
