The hotel rendered very bad services; from the customer service to the room service. It was a disaster. The room I checked into was not conducive and the roof was leaking. Due to the leaking roof, the room became flooded and everywhere was messed up. The food provided was not tasty. The hotel management should provide a stand- by taxi because the hotel is far from the bus stop. I had to wait for an hour before getting a cab to the hotel.
