Poor guest services, hot water not running in rooms, the rooms not well kept, rooms not properly painted, keys hard to open doors, water closet not flushing properly and had to use buckets to flush the toilet properly, zink not running hot water and look decrepit. The hotel is going down, not well managed. Told the owner of my concerns but the concerns were never addressed

I did not enjoy my stay their services was poor, the water heater was not working, they had to use bucket to get me hot water before I can bath and it took time.

I am impressed with the good work by Hotels.ng. I just checked in now and I am satisfied with the experience. My check in was smooth, I had booked online so there weren't issues. I am satisfied the room, it is tidy and big enough. My stay will only be brief but I'm enjoying my time here already.

For someone looking for a serene place to relax this is not a place to be. This is a very noisy hotel. Loud music play from their garden bar all day . I had to request for a room change at a point. Didn't help much because Their is a hall on top of the apartments and by evening there was an event right on top of my room I had to go and stay at the dinning area till late night. The new room was stuffy and smelling of cigarette. The NGN 8000 rooms are extremely small you can hardly move around freely. Hot water does not run in d room but will be provided in buckets if requested.The only good thing I can say about the hotel is light was not a challenge and the Air conditioning units were functional

I had a good time at the hotel all through my stay, the room was well taken care of by the housekeepers at the hotel. The food was affordable and delicious. The room service was very fast as they responded to request in a short time. The room had a working air condition and power was relatively constant all through.

Wow! What can I say. The hotel was on point, the power supply was stable, the rooms were well furnished, fully air conditioned. The staff were welcoming also, I really recommend this hotel.

The services rendered at the hotel were dope, especially the food service. I have never been disappointed with the meals served at the hotel because the meals are always sumptuous and mouth watering that you can not resist devouring them. The power supply also was stable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel's attendants and the front desk were really nice and polite however, I must state that the environment was not too good. The rooms and the bed were pretty small and they need to step up the maintenance work at the hotel.

My stay was awesome. I really enjoyed at this hotel. The staff were really welcoming, helpful and smart. The rooms were very neat and spacious with good facilities. It's a beautiful place. I would like to visit here again.

I asked for a quick laundry service as I had a meeting to attend. I had to go out expecting that when I got back I would get it immediately but that wasn't the case. I got to the hotel and they told me that the laundry man wasn't available that i had to wait for him to be back. They asked for another laundry man to attend to me immediately but I knew that it was already late because I couldn't wait for them. I had to wear something else that wasn't so nice. I didn't quite like the bathroom. I mean i expected something better because I paid for it. it looked like it wasn't serviced for weeks. Asides the disappointment, the room was nice and comfortable. I suggest a better job next time.
