Restaurant Staff Attitude

The restaurant is well represented with a fabulous customer traffic potential but the poor attitudes of some of your staff takes the shine off whatever value therein. The receptionist/cashier is rude, customer unfriendly and totally unaware of customer's comfort .The staff appear to lack the necessary training and experience to dispense flawless, qualitative services.
