Reviews of Uyi Grand Hotel

The hotel is really overpriced. Poor service delivery by the staff and even the restaurant facilities were bad. The food served was not worth the price paid. My stay there was not so impressive.

Your hotel compound is really big, the service was great and good but please you need to work on making sure the everywhere is properly cleaned, for example if you are using white bed sheet, it should really be white without any funny stains, that was the case with bed sheet when I checked into the room, it was a relief when the hotel manager came and ordered for the bed sheet to be changed. All other part was good and welcoming. For next time you can always get someone who does a quick check before a customer checks into any room.
