The customer service was very poor. The cold reception I received while I was checking in was unpleasant, there was no welcoming smile nor greetings from the receptionist. It was the same experience while I was checking out also. The facilities at the hotel were not up to standard. I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel.

The hotel was popular and easy to locate and their staff are accommodating and friendly people and light and power supply was available throughout my stay but their room service was really poor. My room was smelling damp, the duvet was wet, the sink in the bathroom was not flowing well, toiletries was not provided at all. I am not too satisfied with their services.
