Reviews of HSB Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel even though I experienced some delay when I was to check into the hotel. Everything was good and worth it at the end of the day.

If I had another choice, I would not have stayed in this hotel. Their services were poor. The hotel could not do anything to improve the quality of my stay there. I am not going back there if their services do not improve.

My hotel of choice any given day. The environment is perfect with spacious rooms. Room service is also on point. Sometimes wonder why the rate is so cheap. I only wish the light is a bit regular during the day.

It was just there. Though the rooms were clean and spacious, the water heater was not working as such, I could not get hot water to shower. The TV remote control was faulty, channels could only be changed manually. I would have appreciated a more serene environment but the environment was noisy. I hope to be lucky on my next visit.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, the customer service was awesome, my room was extremely comfortable and beautiful. The meals were also very tasty and there was regular supply of electricity. I am pleased with the services provided.

I have been using hotel HSB since 2015 now, and I have always gotten value for my money. I have never regretted staying there. The hotel's management is superb. I believe they recently did major remodeling. One thing I love about HSB is their food. It's very affordable and I get value for my money. I can stay there a week without having to go out to look for what to eat. It's really a nice place. The water, light and air conditioning runs 24/7. Also any time the water heater is down, you hardly notice because their superb room service always bring you water. I recommend it any day, to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel as it was really enjoyable. Nice reception, beautiful room very spacious. The staff were really nice and well trained, they really made me feel comfortable. They had a very big parking space where I parked with adequate security. Great stay indeed!

My stay at the hotel was okay and I was given a warm reception upon arrival. The room was okay but the water from the bathroom was brownish in colour and I would like them to work on it. Apart from that, everything went well.

The only issue I had with the hotel is their customer service. Their reception is very poor. They attended to us as if we did not pay for the room. They were very rude. I did not enjoy my stay there at all.

i had no issues at all at first,Just that once it was night time,It was difficult to locate or say reach the hotel attendants.I give my respect to the security though.It was on point.
