I was enjoying my stay at the hotel when I received a strange call to my room at 4am. The hotel should not allow such strange calls or visits to their guests for security purposes.

Location of this hotel was not encouraging; it was located in a remote area. Light go on and off and no hot water. The place was just manageable.

Let me first appreciate hotel.ng for thier efficency in helping me book a room. To the hotel proper. The environment is serene, quiet and peaceful. Staff very respectful and courteous. Food was okay. However, locating the hotel could be a challenge for those not too familiar with the city.

Hotel was good; reception was perfect, service provided was standard. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
