My stay was fine but the standard has dropped. I will give them 6.5 rating.

My stay in the hotel was a short but memorable one. The services rendered were very adequate, their staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. The food was affordable and served on time, room service was prompt, toiletries were provided, water and power supply was uninterrupted. Trust me, I had a wonderful time and I would always recommend this hotel. Indeed, I had a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay. It was indeed a refreshing time. However, I did not like the fact that the chef was not available from Saturday evening till Sunday. Meaning I could not get any meal at the hotel. Asides from that, every other thing was okay.

I enjoyed my stay, although I did not get all the hospitality I needed. I enjoy taking coffee. Normally, tea things are kept in rooms as complementary, but here I had to ask for hot water and tea all the time. I wonder why a standard room wont have an electric jug. But with all this, Emmanuel at the hotel made me stay and overlook all this faults even when I wanted to check out. He was diligent and was always ready to resolve issues and adhere to instructions. If every staff treats the guests the way he does, then the hotel will experience tremendous growth.
