My stay was ok and the hotel was up to my standards and they had a very clean and tidy environment, the customer service was cool to. But i had issues with the floor of my room, it looked really dirty, in the sense that there are black spots on the floor which i think has been there for long and can't seem to be removable anymore, it really made the room looked dirty

I will commend this hotel for their excellent customer service and well trained staff. They were wonderful people and made me so comfortable throughout my stay.Customer service was prompt and efficient, my room was spacious and neat and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The environment is quiet and well secured, water and power supply was available and the food was delicious and affordable. I must commend their customer service, it was excellent.

The hotel is comparably cheap but their services is top notch. I liked the location, it wasn't bustling or noisy. If I have to use a hotel in Maryland, I have found a choice already.

Untidy environment, no TV in the rooms, dirty rooms.

Generally the place was not what I expected, no light in the bath room and everything was somehow but the guys there were willing to help.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. The smell was unbearable and the room was nothing to write home about. The AC was a disaster. It was practically opened. The curtain was dirty and dusty. In fact, dirty is an understatement, it was disgusting. There were also dirty chairs in the room. The receptionists lack customer service etiquette.

The hotel was not what I expected it to be. When I got to the hotel, I changed my room as the room I made reservation for was terrible. The room I changed to was not too good and the receptionist decided to spray insecticide just when I was about to settle down. I had to wait for hours for the smell to subside. I was really angry because I was tired and needed to rest. They should try and make all their rooms conducive before guests check in.

This is not a good hotel, I have to say. Everything about the hotel was horrible. The room was dirty and the bed sheet was dirty.The only good thing about the hotel is that it is located in a good area. Apart from this, the hotel is nothing to write home about.

I booked this hotel for my wife and kids and when i got there to see them later, I noticed that the hotel was not what i expected at all. Services were very poor; My family stayed in a room that was not cleaned for two nights and nothing was done about. The toilets were left dirty as well. The room somebody left his home to stay in should be made comfortable and it should be what is shown on the internet. Was not pleased at all.
