The hotel is really good, however, they really need to improve their services and infrastructure.

Hospitality is poor, dirty bedspread, bad customer service. Not a nice hotel

Apart from the water heater that was not in my room every other things was okay. Atmosphere was friendly, the mattress was very soft and staff were very responsive. In all, the hotel was up to the standard based on their room rate.

My stay was not really okay, but a little bad cause there was no towel, no soap, no tissue, we were also delayed before we checked in.

I had fun at the hotel. My stay was a wonderful one. The services provided were awesome throughout. The staff were very dutiful and friendly. My room was neat and tidy. The security was really tight and the staff should keep up the good work.

My stay at the hotel was not a good one. I was down with malaria few days after checking out of the hotel. Mosquitoes infested my room because the air conditioning unit in the room was not working. The hotel facilities were not up to standard. The door to the room I stayed in was bad that I had to use the table in the room to secure it.

Comic guest house is far from being good. The management needs full renovation.

I discovered that the hotel I booked wasn't in tune with what was advertised online. The manager offered to take me to their other outfit in Opebi and the rate was increased yet the facilities were inadequate. It was really a bad experience and one may find it difficult to recommend your outfit to others.

This is one of the most traumatizing experience of my life. It was completely unhygienic and a nightmare. Surely, Cosmic guest house property is not value for half the money.

My stay was good albeit brief. I could only stay for a night and had to leave the following day but I liked the hotel, for a hotel in Ikeja, it was unusually serene and neat.

The hotel rendered very poor services, the room I reserved was terrible so I upgraded. The air conditioning unit in the room was bad, it was just the fan that was functioning, the DSTV in the room was also not working as I had to go and buy movies with my money just to have something to watch. Once there is no electricity, it takes them 30 minutes or thereabout to switch on the generator. This is my second time of using the hotel and I complained about all these on my first visit and they promised to improve on their services but to my surprise, nothing was done. I did not get value for my money.

I did not really enjoy my stay here. When I got to the room I originally booked for, it was rough, like, very rough, and that is a bad one. I asked to be checked into a different room and had to pay an extra N1000 for the new room. I was not very impressed with the hotel and I feel a lot needs to change there.

We had challenges locating the place and had to leave the Balogun branch to Opebi which was a bit stressful after long hours on the road. The hotel was good but they need to do some maintenance at the hotel, their AC was old and doesn't have control, apart from that their customer service was great and they have a lovely environment

I had a long stay at the hotel and it was hell. There was no power supply for most of the time I was there. The ACs didn't work and one was at the mercy of the many mosquitoes that were in the hotel. I will never go back to this hotel.

The staff are very nice but the rooms are crappy.

The hotel is pretty cool, but I would advice they always try to keep their environment tidy and the rooms should always we prepared before guests check-in.

My stay at the hotel was both bad and good. On the positive, the hotel and the room were really neat, the staff were polite and hardworking and the environment was good. But the hotel has its negatives. I was informed the microwave in the hotel was not working when I requested for my food to be reheated and the subscription of their GOTV had expired so I could not watch TV through out my stay. If they can make some necessary improvements, they have the potential to be one of the best.

This is not a place people should go to stay...the bed-sheets were dirty, broken windows, rooms were scattered No security man at the gate....to make matters worse... the receptionist is very rude I almost slapped her that day...I couldn’t pass a night with what I saw....I had to stay somewhere else...BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The hotel looks like a dump site, it will even be preferred to sleep in the car than sleep in those rooms. Very terrible.

The hotel is decent and I will rate my stay as average. They need to improve in some areas and I have pointed it out to them at the hotel. Water and power were fairly constant. The customer service did commendably well. I might use the hotel again in the future.

The staff were not professional except the receptionist who was warm and friendly. The hotel is not well managed. I did not have a great time so I left as soon as I got the chance.

Cosmic Guest House is not only bad, it is old and deteriorating. Service quality was extremely poor.

My stay was manageable, the hotel has a whole lot of improvement they need to work on.

Can they do better

1. The hotel was so difficult to locate and has a one sided gate that obviously reeks of classlessness 2. You are welcomed into the small premises with a pungent smell of marijuana and alcohol 3. The building doesn't fit the billing of a hotel or guest house, even if it is low+cost, but apparently, it's a "quickie-center". 4. The receptionist is a 10 year old who also doubles as a sales boy, making fried fish and meat to us as part of the welcome pleasantries 5. Shouldn't pass eligibility to be listed on a platform like Hotels.ng. I am sure more can be done as a Housing Outlet.
