It's was a cool environment and I love my stay there.

The hotel was very average. They do not have a generator and so when there is no power, only the inverter works and that means the air-conditioning does not work. Thankfully, there was power for most of the night. There was only one socket point by the fridge. I got shocked while trying to plug my phone. The bathroom was not very clean.

Your hotel is very nice, it is clean and calm. I don't know if it is the room category I checked into but it was very small. I just felt I could get better rooms for that amount. I liked it that services were very good and you make every guest feel valued. Besides the room size, everything else was good.

My stay at the hotel was a good one,The hotel was neat,food was delicious,excellent customer service, Swift room service, cool and calm environment. I enjoyed my stay and would love to go there again.

It was a pleasant experience at white quality room service, I love their fried rice. The best for me is the car wash, they clean your car before you set out!!! All around great experience

White Plain Suits is a very good hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there and had a very good all round experience at the hotel. I must add that the hotel was really peaceful and cool. I look forward to using them again in the future.

My stay at the hotel was good but They should try and make the rooms and beddings very tidy and neat always, then they should have more nice and polite room service and also try to attend to customers order quickly

Hotel is up to standard; high service quality, very accessible, room was spacious and comfortable. The Air-condition in the room I was initially given was not functional so I called the reception to change room, was so glad I got a prompt response.
