Reviews of Rofel Hotels

It was okay. But they don’t really have good and working infrastructures, water heater, water closet , good shower tap , and working ac . But the bed is okay .. most of the interior are old . It’s a big hotel but they should fix little things . I’ll want to try executive or luxury some other times to see if there’s a difference

The hotel is nice but their duvet was dirty

It was horrible, what I saw online was totally different from what I saw at the hotel, the facilities should be improved.

Horrible hotel.

The room was not so great and fantastic but the hotel management was able to compensate for the room in other ways. The staff were really nice, polite and they carried a good ambiance.In terms of products though, I will not rate the hotel so well. However, I am not surprised perhaps because I didn't pay so much for the night I was to stay there. I only needed a place to sleep at an affordable rate and the hotel could give me just that. I thank Hotels.Ng for their really good services and I cannot wait to make use of their services sometime.

Facility was poor- no light in some rooms and the sockets not functioning as the hotel was running on inverters during the visit. Service is nothing to write about it is best described as bad and unexpected.

This hotel beat my imagination with what I saw and the services they rendered. My stay at the hotel was a wonderful and great one, everyone at the hotel was friendly and all full of smiles. They had excellent customer service and I am so impressed. There was water and power supply throughout my stay, the hotel's environment was serene and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Your hotel needs to improve on your facilities.

This is one of the hotel I feel glad coming to. I am always home, especially with the amazing meal one could get around.

This is really a good hotel, I barely could find any dissatisfaction in your service. It was quite satisfying.

The hotel was good but their kitchen departments needs improvement

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel was up to standard and their environment was clean and tidy, their customer service were very friendly and perfect...it is a lovely hotel

There was no light. The food was bad and i complained to the kitchen and the customer service was poor. Infact, they need to make amends.

It was okay but their kitchen were not always ready to serve food when i wanted it.

The hotel is okay, staff were nice, helpful and attentive to details. Their food was delicious and the room was extremely comfortable.
