It was horrible, what I saw online was totally different from what I saw at the hotel, the facilities should be improved.

The room was not so great and fantastic but the hotel management was able to compensate for the room in other ways. The staff were really nice, polite and they carried a good ambiance.In terms of products though, I will not rate the hotel so well. However, I am not surprised perhaps because I didn't pay so much for the night I was to stay there. I only needed a place to sleep at an affordable rate and the hotel could give me just that. I thank Hotels.Ng for their really good services and I cannot wait to make use of their services sometime.

Facility was poor- no light in some rooms and the sockets not functioning as the hotel was running on inverters during the visit. Service is nothing to write about it is best described as bad and unexpected.
Great stay

This hotel beat my imagination with what I saw and the services they rendered. My stay at the hotel was a wonderful and great one, everyone at the hotel was friendly and all full of smiles. They had excellent customer service and I am so impressed. There was water and power supply throughout my stay, the hotel's environment was serene and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel was up to standard and their environment was clean and tidy, their customer service were very friendly and perfect...it is a lovely hotel

There was no light. The food was bad and i complained to the kitchen and the customer service was poor. Infact, they need to make amends.

The hotel is okay, staff were nice, helpful and attentive to details. Their food was delicious and the room was extremely comfortable.
