My stay at Hotel Royale. Isheri was not so impressive. My room was very okay but the WiFi had a really terrible reception, it took minutes to surf the internet, also the towel in my room was never changed all through my stay at the hotel which was very poor, I feel it should be changed often.

I passed the night at this hotel and left my HTC phone in the room only for the same phone to go missing even with the presence of the CCTV cameras. The cleaners also practically beg guests for money. Terrible experience I had. I WANT TO BELIEVE THERE IS A THIEVING RACKET GOING ON THERE

My stay was not pleasant, because there was no sucket to charge my phone, only one sucket for TV and Fridge, the shower not working

I was satisfied with their service, they are customer oriented. The receptionist and the manager were very helpful, responsive and made sure that I was okay as well as comfortable. The hotel is big and well equipped. My stay was very wonderful.

The single room at the hotel was clean and customer service was awesome.Would go to the hotel again someday.

I was well received at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly to me and they offered pretty good services. I had a nice stay there. The room was comfortable and clean.. The bathroom was well maintained and had adequate facilities available.

It is a nice place and would go their again. However i will quickly advise you make the room intercom accessible and functioning. for communication
