I didn't stay because the place was not clean. It was unkempt and the room and bathroom was a mess.

The place is crappy.

It was an amazing experience, the reception was good. Comfortable bed and the room was clean.

My stay was okay at the hotel. I was well received by the staff. The staff were nice and friendly. The room I stayed in was okay but the air conditioner did not work well there. The food served was not so good too.. I would rate the hotel averagely for the services rendered.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. It was nice. The services rendered were pretty good, nothing so spectacular though. The room I stayed in was clean to an extent. The facilities available worked well and I was well treated by the staff. I would rate the hotel a six over ten based on my experience there.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel this time. I have stayed at the hotel about two times in the past. The last time I was there, the air conditioner did not work well and I thought it would have been fixed before my return but it wasn't.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel can boast of excellent facilities available. The customer service was on point. The room was very comfortable and the bed had clean sheets.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. There was constant power and water supply. The room service staff were courteous and ever smiling. The food wasn't too expensive and tasted great. I also used their fully equipped gym for a workout session. I enjoyed my stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The services rendered were a bit above average but the management of the hotel needs to improve on it. The staff were good and hard-working. The room also was comfortable and clean.

My stay was terrible, maybe I was unfortunate. Some refurbishing work was taking place at the hotel and it resulted in inconveniences. The water in the bathroom was also faulty too. My stay could have been better.

My stay at the hotel did not go well. The room I checked into at first was not good, it had lot of cockroaches so I had to upgrade to another room. The power supply was very poor and there was no air conditioning unit in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, although they put on the generator around 10am and they leave it on till the next morning, which wasn't so bad. The hotel receptionist was also very polite and well composed.

My stay at Inglesias Hotels Surulere was good enough. The staff were wonderful, very nice and always ready to help. The room was spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing only that the hotel do not render dry cleaning service which I felt should be part of the services rendered in an hotel. It was a good stay generally. Cheers!

Nothing seem to be working at the hotel, there was no water and light.They had a small generator and I wonder what that can carry in a hotel.There where buckets on the stair case, everything looked so disorganized. I had to leave the next day since I was not comfortable

I had a little issue with the facilities. The water was not running well and there were some leakages here and there. Other than that, the hotel is a cool place.

My stay was okay and the hotel has a couple of things going well for it. Nice location, 24 hours electricity, Air conditioner only works from 8pm when they use their big generator.

I am a frequent user of the hotel and hotels.ng and I am very pleased with the service I got from this particular hotel.

The hotel was not up to my expectations although it was okay for the amount paid.But they did not put a towel in my bathroom.

Our stay was bad, My friend was having her wedding so we decided to stay at the hotel since it is close to the church. The bathroom was dirty they had to bring a dirty cloth for us to step on which was so annoying, The air conditioner was not working and they opted to provide a fan for us for the night. The socket later started sparking and that was how our 4-days stay was cut short to 1. They have to do way better.

The hotel was okay, but it wasn't quite what I expected. The AC was noisy and ol , breakfast was not great - food was salty, location was not easy to get, but the environment was attractive and their services were okay.

My stay was good, the hotel was actually worth every penny. The rooms are clean and the reception was nice. I'll definitely go back there someday for another stay.

I had a very good stay. The food, room, the facilities, the staffs, everything was awesome. I am glad I made a reservation there.

Your hotel is very great, its a place where customer care is taken very serious. While checking in I noticed how great the staff treats customers walking in, the service was so nice that my wife said the next time we are in Lagos we are coming back. The room was very neat and well kept, the only problem your hotel has is the food, the meals were tasteless. I think if some changes can be done it will be great because we could not eat the meals.

I did not enjoy my stay the way I wanted. The POS was not working, I had to go outside the hotel to withdraw with my ATM, It was not a nice experience at all. A good hotel should have a working POS machine. Your services were okay, good facilities, the hotel is secured as well. The only issue I had was with the POS machine. Please try and fix that in case of next time.

The fact that I was able to use your facilities with disappointment was the best of my experience. I feel nice and enjoy my time at your hotel.

I had a nice time in the hotel.No troubles at all.

It is funny because I have never seen a hotel with hot water only. Please can you make it public maybe you could get an award for it. Honestly it is not funny at all so please work it out. But aside that, it is a nice place.

The hotel was okay but wasn't up to expectation....their customer service was good though there was no hot water, we had to call for them to bring us hot water....every other thing else was okay

There was no problem at all. The hotel room and environment was very clean. Excellent location and the services were great.
