Emirate Suite is a nice place to stay, the room was comfortable and neat. The bathroom was clean and water was available. The hotel had excellent customer service, their staff were hospitable and I really enjoyed their food, it was tasty and affordable. Water and power supply was constant throughout my stay, I was really comfortable.

As good as the hotel is, the hotel does not have POS machine...they should get one for their customer's convenience

For the price it was okay. The only bad aspect was the elevator which was not functioning.

This hotel is above average, the location wasn’t bad and not expensive for the services provided and the facilities they have. I had no issue with them throughout my stay but there are much room for improvement.

An okay hotel offering just okay services. The customer service was good too but I don't think I will stay there next time I am in town.
