Dilapidated and unfriendly

I was at this hotel in Dec. 2013 and was very disappointed. The reception was extremely unfriendly and tried to extort more money for nothing. Furthermore the rooms are very neglected, dilapidated and overpriced for what you get. I can not recommend it at all even though it's somewhat of an institution in Oshogbo.

My stay was good....but their number of staff was poor...But I really enjoyed every other thing at the hotel and the rate is okay for me.
