There was no issue at all. I had a nice stay.

The AC was not working, toilet was that good. Customer service was just there.

One of the reasons why I chose the hotel online was because I saw on the site that they had Internet connection working 24/7 but when I checked in, the internet was not functional. The room was small but I managed to adjust to the situation till I checked out. The lack of internet was really disappointing.

My stay was quite fair but I expected more, it was not what I expected at all. My room was not up to my standard, the bed was hard,toiletries was not provided, the blanket was not smelling nice and there was no internet connection. I think this hotel needs a renovation too because the facilities looks old and they should also improve on their customer services.

My stay at the hotel was fine, their customer service tried, their environment wasn't quite clean and tidy and they only put on the gen around 6pm when there is no light which makes it difficult for someone to stay at the hotel before that time

No tissue, no towel, no soap in the hotel room. Batteries need to be changed in the remotes. All these little things can put off a customer.

My stay was good, we had an emergency landing and I needed a place to lay my head. I don’t want to give any particular rating but it was okay generally.

I had a terrible experience and it was very devastating. The room I stayed wasn't spacious and it was dirty. I had to check out early in the morning because I couldn't stand the place.
