It was very awful. The hotel claimed tat my reservation had not been made prior to my arrival there. The power supply was so bad that I could not charge my phone. The environment was not conducive for me. I did not have access to hot water. Too bad!

This is perhaps one of the worst places I've ever stayed. There was no water and the power supply was really poor. Everywhere in the hotel was dirty and I ended up staying for only one out of the two nights I had originally reserved as I was quite uncomfortable.

Your hotel management needs to work on cleaning your environment, the environment was very dirty and not looking nice, I'm writing this because I will like that to be taken care off, Not everybody can stand staying in a dirty environment and the staff were not ready to do any thing about it. Your hotel compound is very big and many things can be put in place to make it better.

The customer service at the hotel were responsive and cool, and their environment is okay.....i had no issues with the hotel

the hotel was ok and the customer service were responsive and cool but there are lickages on the walls and the environment that really need to be fixed

My stay here was not encouraging. No water and the television were not working. Though the environment was cool but the location was not convenient for me. The place is far from where I had my programme.
