I called the hotel to confirm my online reservation made from the hotel's website. The staff on duty was extremely unprofessional, naive and rude. I hope the management takes necessary steps in ensuring their staff meets the right standard required of a good customer service.

I have been patronizing this hotel for close to five years now and I have never been disappointed with the hotel's services. It is a very nice place to be.

I always stay in the hotel anytime I come to Abuja because of its cleanliness and comfort . However, it offers a complimentary breakfast which I consider inadequate because it is only one menu per day. The complimentary breakfast should offer options to their guests to meet with best International practices.

I have used better hotels and feel your hotel could be better than it currently is. There weren't much problems though and I had a decent stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay only that I checked out a day earlier because of an emergency. But I enjoyed my time while I was there. The room was comfortable and tidy and all the necessary facilities at the hotel were in place.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, I am a regular user of the hotel and I always enjoy my stay. The hotel was neat and comfortable, their food was affordable and delicious, the hotel provided neat towel and toiletries .

It was really sad to have paid the amount of money I paid and still have a terrible experience at the hotel. The stay will be memorable for the horror and discomfort I experienced at the hotel. . The AC kept on making this terrible noise that I could hardly sleep, I was so happy that it was morning and I could check out. The only part that was nice was the fact the customer service staff was well trained.

Nice reception, good room and I love the location. I managed to eat once here because I was not satisfied with the food I was served. Also, they need to work on the television channels. Most of it did not come up and those that showed were not clear enough. Though, food or television channels cannot stop me from staying here when next I visit Abuja but it will be good if they can work on it.
