Your hotel is really nice. No disturbance; everywhere was quite and the staff carried out their job effectively. Those responsible for cleaning were doing it and those responsible for room service were doing it without any complain. I really enjoyed the mattress in my room, it was very comfortable to lie on. I would like to visit this hotel some other time.

The hotel is okay but they need little maintenance. Their food was very horrible.

My stay at MarcoPolo Hotel was awesome, I really enjoyed the services rendered by the hotel staff and the great facilities in the hotel. My room was very spacious and could even accommodate another guest. The television and air condition was working perfectly. I had delicious meals at the hotel. In general, it was a wonderful stay.

My stay at MarcoPolo Hotel was a good one which I believe could be better by adding little improvements to some of the facilities available. For instance, the shower keeps dripping thus making the bathroom flooded after bathing which was really bad. Asides that, it was a good stay.

My stay at the hotel was good although it could have been better. I was constantly disturbed by strangers who kept knocking at my door because they were looking for one person or the other. It got really annoying at some point. So the hotel management should please look for a way around this because it meant that they were not security conscious.

The hotel is not well kept. We had to demand for our room to be changed after we noticed that the air conditioner kept tripping off. Although we complained, no one came to attend to us. The toilet seat was broken, the door frame to the toilet was a mess. The doors to the balcony could not lock. The next room given did not have the access card working. This was meant to be a gift to my spouse and I was greatly disappointed.
