The hotel was okay and very nice, they had good customer service and a lovely environment

I enjoyed every bit of my stay. The hotel is decent and comfortable. It's located in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. The rooms are so neat and spacious. The environment is cool. The staff are courteous and nice. I will definitely go back there.

Nice and quiet hotel.

I had a nice time at the hotel, the hotel was relatively quiet and serene. The room had nicely painted walls with bright colours. The Television was a flat-screen and it worked perfectly well. I would give the hotel a rating of 8 out of 10..

The hotel is good. The staff from the gate man to those that clean the rooms behave professionally and courteously. The room was clean with all you need to feel comfortable to work or relax. My stay was really good and I'd be glad to return.

Although my stay at the hotel was good but it could have been better. The service was awesome and the receptionist was really up to the task but the facilities at the hotel is really deteriorating. I understand that it is a very old hotel but please maintenance should be done properly. For example the toilet wasn't really in good shape.

I am impressed with the hotel and its services. The staff were hospitable and efficient. There was constant supply of water and power throughout my stay at the hotel.The rooms were neat and spacious with well placed furniture. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is that they should make their WiFi available and ensure it works properly .
