I am still at the hotel as I make this review but honestly, I must say that I am not too comfortable with the standard of this hotel. I will be staying for only one night contrary to my initial plan. I expect better services to be rendered. The hotel management needs to improve on the service quality.

My stay at the hotel was not so good as I did not have a good experience there. The bed was too small and uncomfortable. There were too many cockroaches in the room. I could not have a good night sleep there. The service delivery was quite okay but it was not satisfactory. I do not think that I would stay there again

My stay was okay. I was alright. I had some issues there. I think that the roomgiven to me was not what paid. The facilities in that place were so bad. The airconditioner did not have a remote, The bed was not comfortable to stay in. I complained to the staff that took me there, but he was insisting that it was th same room I had paid for. Honestly, it looked so abandoned and I was disappointed. I am never booking that hotel again. I would give the hotel a four over ten as a result of my experience there. The room service was not even fast enough. I had to leave so early the next day.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all. The room was infested with mosquitoes. The room and bathroom were very dirty and filthy as if it had not been cleaned in a really long time. The facilities there were outdated. I honestly did not have a nice time there.

My stay was okay at the hotel. However, the place is damp and smells damp too. The hotel also claimed to serve complimentary breakfast when I was making the reservation but throughout my stay there, I paid for my breakfast. The staff there were nice and efficient but there are still a lot of things that need to be worked on in the hotel. I would rate the hotel a six out of ten

My stay at the hotel was not so good as the customer service was very poor. I was not well attended to by the staff. The bar and restaurant will take so long to respond to your order. The hotel management needs to train their staff in the area of good service delivery

I had a good stay at the hotel. My check in and check out went smoothly. The staff were nice, polite and efficient. The environment was very clean and conducive to stay in. The facilities available were fully functional. The room I stayed in had a very comfortable bed and really clean sheets. Much effort had been made to keep the bathroom clean. I was impressed when I stayed there. Wonderful service delivery!

I had a horrible stay here. Everything seemed wrong with this hotel and nothing was working. The AC was leaking and I had to keep mopping water off the floor, the cable TV was blurry through out my stay and then there was no towel in my bathroom. They need to improve their facilities and services urgently.

The location (Chevron drive) is excellent and secured, the hotel is located between two lush supermarkets. The receptionist was friendly, communicated with me in a good manner. The hotel was very clean with 24hr power supply. They have steady WiFi, lovely and reasonably priced meals. If you need anything, the staff will help you, if it isn't working, they will get someone to fix it.

Small rooms, expensive food

The room size was small. As a result, the bed size was small too and I didn't feel quite comfortable using it. Another issue I had was the food. They cost an exorbitant amount. A plate of food went for as much N3,500. The food was tasty though but it won't matter much if one can't afford them conveniently.

The bathroom was lovely also, their food was delicious and affordable, excellent customer service and there was power supply throughout my stay. Far but worth it!

Towards the end of chevron drive is this hotel which looks so good on the inside. They should change the dull paint of the building. Comfy beds, small bathroom, working elevator, walking distance from a big supermarket with ATMs in the environment. The pool was dirty though, gym was very equipped but you must be dressed for it, the pool's changing room was bad. Finally, the AC in my room had water dripping out of it. I was promised by the staff that it would be fixed but the electrician never came.

My experience at the hotel was not a bad one, I had a room that was big with a lovely bed that I liked because the sheets laid on it was very clean and well ironed. The only issue I had was that there were no adequate toiletries in the toilet.

I really enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel, it was easy to locate and very beautiful. The environment was serene, calm, refreshing and comfortable. Food was delicious and affordable, all the facilities were functioning effectively. My room was spacious and it had a functioning air condition, fridge and television. I also had a bathroom and toilet to my self and intercom was working well, it was easy to communicate with room service for my needs. I had a wonderful experience at hotel and will like to use the hotel again.

I am very disappointment with the level of service I received at Limeridge Hotel, there was no internet service all through my stay and when I complained about it, I was not given a reasonable answer. To crown it all up, the receptionist on duty was very nonchalant in answering to requests made by guest.

My stay at the hotel was very fine, although I was not pleased with some things at the hotel. For example, the Key to my room was bad so I had to always look for one of the hotel's attendants whenever I needed to enter into my room. Secondly, there was a lot of noise at the hotel at mid night, it was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the bath tube was made of rubber and it was already weak! Apart from all these, the environment was serene and clean, the room was perfect and comfortable and the television functioned perfectly.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The room was not as nice as I thought it would be, the colour of the bedspread had changed from white to brown due to the bad water supply at the hotel. I requested for another set of bedspread and pillowcase from the room service, he refused to change them at first but later, he came in with another set of beddings and I was glad.

I had a smooth check in at the hotel and my room was very neat and tidy. However the Air conditioning unit was licking and I had to change to another room, the air conditioning unit in the second room wasn't licking but it was not working well. Also the bathroom was flooded, and the response time of the hotel management was too poor. I don't think I will like to visit the hotel anytime soon.

Limeridge is a very good hotel with bad staff. The staff at the front desk is not customer friendly at all. I was not welcomed well, a staff saw me and just walked by moreover he saw me with my luggage but he never assisted. My room was very good and conducive lacks proper maintenance as some of the appliances are getting bad already. The location of the hotel is also nice.

Limeridge Hotel is a very good hotel, I will actually visit them more often. I was ushered in warmly by the ever friendly staff. My room was very beautiful and I really liked the look but was not satisfied with the pressure of the water from the shower as it was very low. Asides this, it was a good stay. I would advice the hotel management to fix the shower so as to avoid other guests bringing up this same issue on subsequent check in.

My stay at Limeridge Hotel was awful. My room was of a very good size with awesome bed. The customer service was very poor. They were always slow to respond when called upon. There was a night I requested for my dinner to be brought to my room, it took a staff more than an hour to bring it, I was half asleep when I heard a knock on my door with the food I ordered. The management needs to educate the staff on how to treat customers better.

HORRIBLE,!!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Upon arrival the hotel room is not the same as the pictures at all. The room is dirty and unkept. Also infested with creatures!! The toilets are a mess. There was even human blood all over my pillows. I'm now upset because I paid for 10 days and I've been told I can't get a refund. Waste of money! It has made my experience in Nigeria horrible. I want to cry.

My stay at the hotel was not really okay. I had some really unpleasant experience. The food was total rubbish because it was not only expensive it was also stale. I also requested for a bathroom with bath tub but I was given a bathroom with a just shower, which was very inappropriate for the rate I paid. The most unbearable part of my stay at the hotel was that I needed to always go to the reception to get whatever I wanted or to make complains as the intercom was not function at all. It was not a pleasant experience.

This is a very good hotel with good standards, very decent and hardworking staff. The meals I ate at the hotel were very delicious, I really loved them. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel, My one and only complain is that I could not use the towel because its not neat and no toiletries in the bathroom. Aside this, locating the hotel wasn't difficult and checking-in was also fast, your customer service was great and welcoming too, I must say the meals were delicious. My stay was extremely horrible. I enjoyed nothing about this hotel. I will rate this hotel 4% out of a 100. Firstly, the customer service was very poor to the extent that it took a staff almost 30minutes to get me a glass cup. The bed-sheet was very dirty and also when the sheet got changed, the pillow case was very different in color from the bed-sheet. The reception is also bad. It is beautiful outside and horrible within. It is a very poor hotel.

My stay at the Limeridge Hotel was nice. I enjoyed a lot of things in the hotel like; the environment which was very conducive, the appetizing meals with pleasant aromas and the very stable power supply. The complaints I had during my stay at the hotel were; firstly, the shower was not functional and secondly, the wardrobe door was faulty. Asides that, I enjoyed the hotel.

I really had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was neat. My room was comfortable and toiletries were provided. Clean towels, sheets, air-condition and water heater were also available. The water and power supply were uninterrupted and they had excellent customer service. I would love to use the hotel again.

The hotel needs to do a proper maintenance on their structure. The wardrobe was almost falling off, the tap was leaking in the bathroom. Their response is very slow, the staff are not swift and prompt in handling complains. They should renovate the whole place.

My stay wasn't bad at the hotel, the reception I got was warm and professional. The food was affordable and tasty. The rooms are tiny tho but it was neat and it had nice furniture in place. They just need to improve in the room size and make it more spacious

Your hotel is very beautiful and neatly kept but I must say that its lacks customer service, to me in any business customer's needs should always comes first and making customer's happy should be your ultimate goal. Your hotel needs to change some staff and get people who are customer ready, people who know how to do such jobs, your hotel is very relaxing just the customer service that I knows a better management do the job well.

The hotel is okay and the environment is clean and peaceful. But I was not impressed with their staff and I think they need to be trained on how to relate with their guest in order not to lose customers in the future.

my stay was great, customer service were very responsive to my needs and complains. But they only clean the rooms when we are out, like they have a permanent time they do the cleaning, not when dirty, also, my room bathroom did not have like an enclosure, the AC was working fine...and all did went well

I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here or recommend this hotel to someone else. The room was comfortable but had a little challenge, there was no towel in the room and when I complained it took them more than an hour to bring it. Also, there was water heater in the room but no coffee or tea and I was told I can only get it on order which I must pay. Aside this, the hotel is excellent.
