My stay at the hotel was terrible. There was no water throughout, no light, all the services were just manageable. I can never go back to that hotel.

The hotel services was fine but they was water leakage everywhere in the room I checked-in to

Hotel services are outrageously bad. Everywhere was noisy, meals served was not worth it.

My stay at the hotel was alright. All went well just as it ought to be. The environment was cool and serene. The service delivery was good.I had no issues whatsoever through out my stay there. Seven over ten.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel's surrounding was cool and the environment was really clean. Apart from the air conditioner in the room that was not working,, every other facility was in good condition.

It was very comfortable. There was a standby generator and security was really adequate. I was not disappointed and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is the opposite of what is on their site. The room was stuffy and untidy. The service quality at the hotel was very poor and I do not see myself checking into the hotel again.

My experience at Fairmont suit was very bad. The room I checked into was not what I thought it would be. It was untidy and the bathroom was not clean. There was no power supply throughout my stay and the generator was not switched on. The customer service was bad and they need to work on it.

I had a beautiful and peaceful time at the hotel, the room was properly prepared and the staff were courteous too. I enjoyed my meal, the environment was serene. I have no complaints whatsoever.

My stay at the hotel was okay, I enjoyed every moment I spent. The receptionist was polite. The room I stayed was clean and beautiful, it had nice curtain and beautiful bed sheet.

My stay was very fine, this is a good place with awesome service delivery. The rate is affordable, the rooms are also comfortable and decent. Basically, it was an awesome stay with a lot of pleasant memories.

My stay at the hotel was average. The staff were cool and accommodating, the room was just okay and the bathroom and toilet was not bad also. However, the hotel management should try to improve on the level of services rendered.

The hotel is very clean and central, we had no issue at all finding it, it's a perfect place to enjoy. Great location, friendly staff, the room is small but has everything you need, the bed was firm. The price was affordable. I was surprised on how clean the room was. Wonderful hotel with a high level of security and good service quality. I would go back next time. Thank you!

My stay was beautiful, the hotel was clean, comfortable and perfect. The room was very neat, all the facilities were new and they have excellent customer service. I am highly impressed with their services and would love to use the hotel again.

The Hotel seriously needs renovation, Especially the bathroom, because the walls and the toilet seat was very bad. The air Conditioner in my room was just on the wall for fancy, because it was faulty and didn't work properly all through my stay.

The location was awful, because it was farther away than i expected. I didn't like the building and the wall paint was not up to my taste. To crown it all up, poor customer service was the order of the day. The hotel staff on duty were nonchalant to handle any of my request.

My stay at the hotel was a good stay. I had a really nice time, the customer service were very attentive, they had good meals and also maximum security. The rooms were really clean and also the bathroom. I was really comfortable throughout my stay, I am looking forward to staying at the hotel soon.

I had a really great stay at your hotel, I can't think of anything that was missing. It is really praiseworthy how you manage to run in such an efficient manner. My stay was very nice, I implore you to keep the good work.

They need to do a total renovation on all their rooms, the room I stayed in had cracked walls.The painting in the room was peeling off, the bathroom and toilet was clean. They need to up their game and provide better services.

My stay at d hotel was average, the traffic was hectic. It took me more than an hour to get to my hotel due to the traffic.There was power and water supply throughout my stay. Security was okay and the food was good

The hotel is a good one. The only issue I had was the toilet which was not working properly. But I enjoyed the hotel.

I had a fun-filled stay at the hotel. I used all the facilities they had at the hotel. The pool was clean and properly treated. The gym was well equipped and functioning properly. I think they should repaint all their rooms and pay attention to details. Asides that, marvelous.

The hotel is up to the standard, cheap, neat and good room. But the hotel is far and hidden people can hardly notice it.

Basically the hotel is good in term of hygiene, comfort and good customer service.
