Bienvenue Suites has terrible services. No WiFi, even though they claim they have. No toiletries.

The hotel had a lot of issues. The refrigerator that was in my room was leaking water from it's vents, the air condition was not working and the room was just too small for me.

My stay at Bienvenue Suites Hotels was great. I enjoyed virtually everything in the hotel, the only thing I did not enjoy was the personnel service, it was not nice.

The hotel is a nice place and and the staff are very friendly .The environment is clean and the security is very fantastic.The room is very spacious and it has the necessary furniture. I would visit again soon.

My experience with this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and overly helpful with every aspect of our trip even before we arrived. The apartments are lovely and spacious and very clean. The only issue I had was with the internet connection, I could not use the internet because it wasn't working. Apart from that, I think every other thing was perfect.

My stay was fair. Your water was not constant and your menu is not elaborate enough, not to mention the unstable light. More is the WiFi that was not working at all.fair

Cool hotel, I only experienced few troubles with their unstable WiFi.

It's a clean hotel with 24/7 electricity but the staffs are not so efficient. Room service is very poor, especially the kitchen. It is like they go to the market every time you place an other. Bar attendants are also rude and act like they are doing you a favour each time they bring a drink to your room including service charge per trip. The receptionists are very helpful though

I wasn't impressed, I left the place unhappy.
