I really enjoyed myself at the hotel, their front desk officers were very friendly. Their services complemented their rates.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Good customer services, good working facilities available. No challenges checking in and out of the hotel. I will visit again some day!

Simply put, if you're in Lekki and you need a hotel to stay in, and this happens to be the only one with rooms available, you'd be better off sleeping under a bridge! As much as I detest the service and rather condescending attitude of the hotel staff, I'm totally in awe of the effort made by the service personnel at hotels.ng in a bid to resolve the problems the hotel staff created for me. From the size of the room I was put in (which in all honesty was about the size of a pig pen and was just about as clean as one) to the bathroom designed for accidents and the impunity of the staff when they tried to force me to stay there.

I enjoyed my stay, but your gen was turned off too early and I was not given free breakfast as I was told when checking in.

Environment was cool and I had the opportunity of better view of the lagoon because my room was close to it and very comfortable. Service was great and I can recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel management and staff were respectful and generous. Locating the hotel was not difficult. The room was properly arranged and furnished in a modern style. But the air condition in the room kept tripping off which did not make my night an enjoyable one. My stay at the hotel was fair.

The only problem here was the water which smelt and when I complained I was told it is a general problem faced by people in Lekki. Aside this, I had no problem either with the service or the room. It’s a nice place to be.

I liked your hotel but why will you pay for a room and if you don't like it its becomes a problem, your hotel was good its above average to me but I think customer needs should come first. The lady at the reception should be more nice and the room service should also be better, but your hotel is good and with good packing space. I also liked the meals I ate and I was very happy when the manager came and had my room changed the next day, its shows that he knows how to do his job well.

I liked the place, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the electricity supply was constant and the restaurant provides the best food at very considerable prices, neat rooms, good customer service from the staff, proper managerial structure and finally the lounge made my stay fun and lively. I had a wonderful time, keep up the good work.
