Reviews of Aqua Resort

My stay was not interesting at all. I had to leave the place after my first night there as it was different entirely from what I saw online when I made the booking. I was very disappointed. The customer service was very poor as well as the service delivery.

The hotel was undergoing renovation when I checked in. A lot of things were in disarray but quite understandably. The light was not steady, POS was unavailable. I had spoke with the manager and he explained that the renovations and upgrade will be covering a number of the issues I complained about. How nice this would be!

I am not impressed with their services at all,the A.C is not working,no internet connection,the power supply is not stable,no toiletries and towel.I will never use this hotel again.

I expected more than what I got from the Hotel. There was no TV in the room I was put in and the Ac was not working, yet there was nothing they did about it. Their service at the Hotel is very poor. They also did not clean the room until I had to complain.

The hotel is a nice place,very fantastic customer service.The rooms are clean and spacious,there was constant power supply throughout my stay at the hotel.The only problem I had was that they didn't make the WiFi public ,you had to pay before using it. All in all I got value for my money

I enjoyed the night I spent at the hotel, they tried in having a constant power supply at the hotel.The food was nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.I think the hotel needs a proper restructuring.

This hotel wasn't up to the standard I expected. I kept changing room like changing clothes, air condition wasn't working and the staff were rude, asides a lady that was nice and polite. I wasn't impressed at all and I don’t think I will come back here again.

My stay at the hotel was good, lovely environment and good customer service but there was no internet connectivity in the room i lodged in
